The Advancement Project gives second chances to homeless individuals that are looking for employment, and serve them with empathy, understanding and thoughtfulness.

Our goal and activities are to assist those displaced individuals by partnering with local Employers through an online membership program and equipping those displaced candidates with lunch and transportation to and from work.

Our overall goal is to provide permanent housing with affordable payments, giving them a chance to advance and reconnect with the their independence.
